What's at stake

The stakes of this election are too high to judge candidates based on one or two issues from narrow policy arenas.

If you're going to support a candidate, you better have a lot of reasons - from all policy arenas - why you're going to vote for them.  (And be able to rattle off those reasons in short succession.)

The stakes are high.  The era of the litmus test is over.
