NPR has been doing some fantastic journalism from the site of Sunday's 7.9 magnitude earthquake that hit Chengdu and the Sichuan province of China. They haven't been going for sensational journalism or competitive journalism: just reporting what's happening as it happens.
NPR's "All Things Considered" hosts Robert Siegel and Melissa Block have been in China since Sunday's temblor, and they've been writing a blog they're calling "Chengdu Diary". Go check it out at http://www.npr.org/blogs/chengdu/.
And while you're at it, go help out those in need. Phoenix and Chengdu are Sister Cities. Here's a list of ways to help out.
